Sarah Hazel combines her study of French and American Impressionism with the spirit of Texas. Her use of color, composition and texture unite in touching the heart and inspiring the soul.
With a lifelong passion for creativity and artistry, Sarah only recently began to sell her work. Her newfound love for painting in oils has launched her art as a career. She started painting oil on canvas in October 2004. She held her debut exhibit at the Pioneer Memorial Museum in February 2005 and has sold quite a few works including several commissions. She is the loving wife of Reese and devoted mother to their four daughters. She lived her formative years in Mississippi to age fourteen and attended high school and college in Hawaii. Her work sometimes hints a slight influence of her six years living on the islands as well as the time she has spent traveling throughout the nation.
Sarah would especially like to express her appreciation to God for giving her the desire, the talent and the opportunity to be an artist. He both planted and granted the desire of her heart.
